ACCESS SUPPORT
If you live in Oldham you can access immediate and ongoing support to help you through a crisis.
"A lot of our support is done outside of hub times. We meet in a library or café or, if we get to know a beneficiary well, we sometimes meet them in their home"

What support can we offer?

Ancora is a free service for anyone in Oldham. We can help you in a crisis with access to food and support with housing issues.

We can also provide support in Oldham with finances and debt, income/benefit maximisation and building your life skills.

We provide one to one support with trained members of our team as well as the opportunity to connect with others through our hubs or through one of our local courses.

Hub Support

Our Community-based Advice Hubs are located at a range of venues around Oldham, including Oldham Library 9.30-1.30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We offer telephone support Monday-Thursday from 10-3pm. We will take your initial enquiry and support you if we can. If this doesn’t work for you, we are happy to meet with you in person and can arrange this at a convenient time and place.

Whatever issue you are facing, we will happily talk through it and decide the ways in which Ancora can find you the help you need.
